About Iridion Ii (e)(eurasia)
Iridion II came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2003, developed by Shin'en Multimedia. It was a time when the GBA library was full of inventive shooters, and this one tried to stand out with its own style.
You pilot a lone starfighter against waves of alien craft and massive bosses. Your main goal is to survive each stage, dodging intricate bullet patterns while returning fire. The game uses a screen by screen progression, locking you into each combat arena until you clear all enemies. You collect power ups to switch between different weapon types, like a wide shot or a focused laser, and a smart bomb clears the screen when things get too crowded.
