Ice Age 2: The Meltdown on GBA is exactly what you'd expect—a side-scroller based on the movie, where you play as Manny, Sid, and Diego. It's got that classic licensed-game feel: simple platforming, collecting acorns, and the occasional mini-game to break things up. Not gonna lie, the controls are a little stiff, but it’s got some charm if you’re into the movie.

You’ll mostly be jumping over gaps and dodging falling ice, with each character having their own little gimmick (Manny can smash stuff, Diego’s faster, etc.). The graphics are decent for a GBA cart, though some of the levels blur together after a while. If you’re nostalgic for mid-2000s movie tie-ins, this one’s a harmless time-killer.
