If you're into Hunter x Hunter, this GBA game is a solid little RPG that actually gets the vibe right. You start off picking between Gon, Killua, Kurapika, or Leorio—I went with Killua because, well, lightning-fast assassins are hard to pass up. The sprites are surprisingly detailed for a GBA title, and the battles feel snappy, with just enough strategy to keep you on your toes.
It’s not some deep, sprawling RPG, but it nails the adventure feel—you’ll bounce between forests, cities, and weird exam locations straight out of the anime. The dialogue’s got that classic HxH charm, too, even if the Japanese text might slow you down if you’re not fluent. Honestly, it’s one of those licensed games that doesn’t just coast on the name. Worth a play if you’ve got a soft spot for the series.
