Hitsuji No Kimochi (j)(independent) Game

Hitsuji no Kimochi is one of those weird little GBA gems that makes you go, "Wait, what is this?" at first. You play as a sheep—not some heroic fantasy creature, just a regular sheep—navigating these oddly charming, pastel-colored landscapes. The controls are simple, but there’s something strangely satisfying about hopping around as this fluffy ball of wool, bumping into things just to see what happens.
It’s got that early 2000s indie vibe, where the whole point seems to be vibing rather than winning. No health bars, no timers, just you and a sheep living its best life. I won’t lie, I spent the first five minutes just making the sheep spin in circles because, well, why not?
If you’re into quirky, low-stakes games that don’t take themselves seriously, this one’s a fun little time-waster.
