Hanabi Hyakkei Advance (j)(caravan) Game

Hanabi Hyakkei Advance is one of those weird little GBA gems you stumble on late at night while digging through ROMs. It's a Japanese-exclusive fireworks simulator—yeah, you read that right. You basically set off fireworks to music, tweaking colors, patterns, and timing to match the soundtrack. Sounds simple, but there's something hypnotic about nailing a perfect burst right as the beat drops.
The controls are dead simple (d-pad and two buttons), but the real challenge comes from syncing your explosions to the background tracks. Some stages go full festival mode with rapid-fire cues, while others let you chill and paint the sky at your own pace. The pixel-art fireworks actually look surprisingly good for a GBA game—way more vibrant than you'd expect.
No idea what the Caravan tag means (maybe a demo version?), but it's a solid pick if you want something different from the usual platformers and RPGs. Just don't expect a high score chase or power-ups—it's pure vibes. Perfect for zoning out after a long day.
