About Grinch
I remember playing Grinch on the Game Boy Color back in 2000. It was one of those licensed games from Konami that came out around the time the movie did, fitting right in with the handheld's library of platformers and adventures. It didn't try to reinvent anything, just offered a solid, colorful experience for anyone with the system.
You control the Grinch himself, moving through Whoville to steal Christmas. The game plays out screen by screen, with you navigating platforms, avoiding Whos, and solving simple puzzles. You use a slingshot to hit switches and stun characters, and you can also throw presents to clear your path. The levels are fairly straightforward, but some timing challenges can be tricky. It feels like a brisk, mischievous dash through a familiar world.
