Great Soccer (japan) Game

Great Soccer (or World Soccer if you're not in Japan) is one of those early Sega Master System sports titles that feels both charming and brutally simple. You get basic 8-bit soccer—no fancy tactics, just running, passing, and hoping your shots don’t go wide. The sprites are tiny, the controls are stiff by today’s standards, but there’s something weirdly addictive about it, especially if you grew up with this era of games.
It’s a sequel to the first Great Soccer, though honestly, unless you’re deep into Master System sports games, you probably won’t notice the differences. Still, if you’re into retro football games, this one’s a fun little time capsule from when "realistic" meant players that vaguely resembled humans running in straight lines.
