Gold and Glory is one of those rare movie tie-ins that doesn’t feel like a cash grab—probably because the Broken Sword folks handled it. You play as Tulio and Miguel, the two con artists from the film, bouncing between turn-based sword fights and point-and-click style puzzles. The pixel art’s surprisingly lush for a GBC game, especially when you hit those jungle scenes.
Combat’s simple but satisfying—pick your moves, watch the animations play out. The real charm’s in the dialogue though; they nailed the banter between the leads. Just don’t expect a long playthrough—it’s a solid weekend adventure if you’re into old-school vibes.
