Okay, so Godzilla: The Series on Game Boy Color is exactly what it sounds like—you stomp around as the big guy, wrecking buildings and throwing down with other monsters. The controls are simple, but there’s something weirdly satisfying about charging up your atomic breath and watching a skyscraper crumble.
It’s got that classic GBC look—chunky pixels, but you can still tell it’s Godzilla, especially when he does that little victory roar. Some of the fights feel a bit stiff (looking at you, giant crab boss), but smashing through tanks never gets old.
If you ever wanted to be the reason a city needs disaster relief, this is your game. Just don’t expect deep strategy—it’s pure, dumb monster fun.
