Final Fire Pro Wrestling (english Translation) Game

Final Fire Pro Wrestling on GBA is one of those games that just gets wrestling—no flashy gimmicks, just pure, tactical grappling. The translation makes it way more playable if you don’t speak Japanese, and honestly, the roster’s stacked with wrestlers that feel distinct. At first, the timing-based grappling system threw me off (press too early and you whiff entirely), but once it clicks, you start pulling off reversals and submissions like a pro.
Matches can get brutal—one wrong move and you’re eating a piledriver for the three-count. The AI doesn’t mess around either; even on normal difficulty, they’ll counter your finisher if you’re too predictable. Create-a-wrestler’s deep, too—spent way too long tweaking leg slap sounds for my custom guy’s kicks. If you’re into wrestling games that reward patience over button mashing, this one’s a gem.
