About Fifa 06 (u)(supplex)
FIFA 06 for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2005 from EA Sports. It was part of that era when having a full soccer game in your pocket still felt like a novelty, and this one tried to pack a lot into the small cartridge.
You control a full team of eleven players, switching between them to pass, tackle, and shoot. The main goal is to outscore your opponent in a match. A couple of its key mechanics are the through-pass system for splitting the defense and the one-touch shooting that lets you fire quickly when receiving a cross. The pacing is generally quick, with matches that can swing from end to end, though the difficulty on higher settings makes precise passing essential. It feels responsive and immediate, letting you pull off a quick counterattack that actually works.
