Ferret Monogatari (japan) Game

Ferret Monogatari is this weird little Game Boy Color gem from Japan where you basically raise a hyperactive ferret. At first it feels like a Tamagotchi knockoff—you feed it, play mini-games, and try not to let it destroy your virtual house. But then you realize the little guy has way more personality than expected, doing these ridiculous backflips when happy or dramatically flopping over when bored.
The pixel art’s surprisingly charming, especially how the ferret’s fur animates when it zooms around. There’s something weirdly satisfying about nailing the timing on the jumping mini-game, even if the controls are a tiny bit janky. Definitely one of those "wait, why am I still playing this?" kind of games.
