Okay, so if you grew up watching Famille Delajungle (or Totally Spies, since they share that same early 2000s energy), this GBA game is basically a love letter to the show. You jump right in as George, Eliza, or Donnie—each with their own weirdly specific jungle skills—chasing after Darwin through these bright, bouncy levels that feel ripped straight from an episode.
George’s vine-swinging is clunky at first (why does he keep face-planting into palm trees?), but once you get the timing down, it’s weirdly satisfying. The levels throw in little surprises too, like hidden bananas or sudden monkey stampedes. And yeah, the graphics are peak GBA—washed-out but charming, with those exaggerated cartoon expressions you’d expect.
It’s not some deep platformer, but if you’ve got nostalgia for the show, it’s a solid way to kill an afternoon. Just don’t expect Donnie’s “chaos” to be more than knocking over coconuts.
