Famicom Mini - Vol 29 - Akumajo Dracula (j)(caravan) Game

This is the GBA port of the original NES Castlevania—the one that started it all. You’re Simon Belmont, whipping candles for hearts and chucking holy water at skeletons in Dracula’s castle. The controls feel stiff by today’s standards (no diagonal attacks here), but that’s part of the charm—you’ve gotta commit to every jump.
The "Caravan" version adds a timed score attack mode, which is neat if you’re into speedrunning or just want to see how far you can get before the clock runs out. The music still slaps, especially that iconic first stage theme.
Fair warning: It’s brutal. You’ll die a lot to those medusa heads. But when you finally take down the Grim Reaper, it feels amazing.
