About Famicom Mini - Vol 22 - Nazo No Murasame (j)(caravan)
This is the Famicom Mini version of Nazo no Murasame, released for the Game Boy Advance in 2004. It was part of a series of classic Famicom games Nintendo reissued on the handheld. The original was developed and published by Nintendo for the Famicom Disk System, so this GBA cart is a direct port of that 1986 title, letting you play a piece of that era on the go.
You control the samurai Takamaru, defending feudal Japanese villages from a mysterious alien invasion. Your main goal is to clear each stage by defeating all enemies and the boss waiting at the fortress. The game progresses screen by screen; you slash through ninjas and monsters with your sword, and you can collect power-ups for a screen-clearing special attack. The pacing is relentless, with enemies swarming from all directions, and the difficulty is notoriously steep. Playing it feels like a constant, frantic test of your reflexes and spatial awareness.
