F-16 Fighting Falcon Game

Man, F-16 Fighting Falcon on the Sega Master System is one of those games that makes you feel like you're actually wrestling with a jet. The controls are surprisingly tight for an 8-bit flight sim—you’ll bank hard, dodge missiles, and squeeze off shots while trying not to stall out mid-dogfight. The pixelated clouds and terrain scroll by fast, and the enemy jets come at you like angry bees.
It’s not super realistic, but there’s something satisfying about the way the F-16 handles—responsive enough to pull off last-second dodges, but heavy enough that you can’t just yank the stick wildly. The missions start simple (take out a few bombers, defend a base), but later levels throw so much at you that you’ll be sweating by the third retry. If you’ve got a Master System collecting dust, this one’s worth blowing the cartridge off for.
