F-16 Fighter (usa, Europe) Game

F-16 Fighter on the Sega Master System is one of those old-school flight sims that feels both simple and punishing. You’re thrown right into the cockpit with a basic HUD, a radar blip for enemies, and not much else—no fancy tutorials, just you and a sky full of bad guys. The controls take a second to get used to (good luck nailing those tight turns at first), but once it clicks, dodging missiles and lining up shots feels surprisingly satisfying.
Graphics are what you’d expect from the era—blocky terrain, chunky sprites—but there’s something charming about how the game just goes for it without overcomplicating things. Missions are short bursts of dogfighting chaos, and yeah, you’ll probably crash a few times before figuring out the enemy patterns. If you’re into retro games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a solid time capsule from the 8-bit era.
