Elf - The Movie (u)(venom) Game

Okay, so Elf - The Movie on GBA is exactly what it sounds like—a pixelated Buddy the Elf adventure. You run around as Will Ferrell’s character in that ridiculous green outfit, collecting snowflakes (because of course), dodging raccoons, and jumping on ice floes. It’s got that early 2000s licensed game jank—some hitboxes are weird, and the platforming’s a little slippery, but it’s weirdly charming if you’re into that nostalgia trip.
First 10 minutes? You’re in the North Pole tossing presents into chimneys, then suddenly you’re in New York trying not to get run over by taxis. The music’s just MIDI versions of the movie soundtrack, which is either hilarious or painful depending on your tolerance for chiptune jazz. Not gonna lie, it’s not a great game, but if you ever wanted to see Buddy headbutt a snowman in 16-bit, here’s your chance.
