About Earthworm Jim (brazil)
Earthworm Jim on the Sega Master System was a late release for the console, arriving when many players had already moved to 16-bit systems. It was developed by Eurocom and published by Tec Toy specifically for the Brazilian market, giving SMS owners a chance to experience a version of the game that was popular elsewhere on more advanced hardware.
You control Jim, an earthworm in a powerful robotic suit, navigating side-scrolling levels to rescue Princess What's-Her-Name. Your main objective is to fight through bizarre environments, from barnyards to alien worlds, using your standard plasma blaster. A signature mechanic is using your own worm body as a whip to swing across gaps or attack enemies up close. The game is known for its fast pace and considerable difficulty, demanding quick reflexes to dodge hazards and defeat strange bosses. Playing it feels like a chaotic scramble through a cartoon that has come to life.
