ESPN Final Round Golf 2002 on the GBA is one of those golf games that actually feels good to play—no clunky swings or weird physics. You pick your golfer (I always went with the power hitter, even though accuracy took a hit), pick a course, and just go. The greens have just enough slope to make putting tricky, and the wind actually matters, which I appreciate.
It’s not super flashy, but the controls are tight, and the game doesn’t drown you in menus. You’ll spend most of your time lining up shots, adjusting for wind, and groaning when you overshoot the green by a few yards. If you’ve got a soft spot for early 2000s handheld sports games, this one’s a solid round.
