Dragon Ball Z: Collectible Card Game on GBA is basically what happens when you take the hype of DBZ battles and cram them into a surprisingly deep card game. At first, it feels like any other TCGāpick your starter deck, learn the basicsābut then you realize just how much it nails the animeās energy. Kamehameha waves, Spirit Bombs, even Vegetaās smug face when he pulls off a dirty moveāitās all here.
Deck-building is half the fun. Do you go all-in on Saiyans, or mix in some Androids for tech tricks? The AI isnāt pushover eitherāsome fights actually make you sweat, especially when the opponent whips out a combo you didnāt see coming. And yeah, the pixel artās a little rough by todayās standards, but thereās charm in watching Gokuās super attack play out in chunky GBA sprites.
If you ever played the old-school DBZ card game or just love the series, this oneās a solid time capsule. Just donāt blame me when you lose an hour tweaking your deck.
