Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2004, developed by Webfoot Technologies. This one picks up right after the previous game, The Legacy of Goku II, continuing the story from the later sagas of the anime.

You control Goku, Vegeta, and other Z-fighters, switching between them as you explore the world screen by screen, fighting random enemies in real time. The main goal is to stop the powerful wizard Babidi and the destructive Majin Buu. You level up your character by defeating enemies and collecting Z-orbs to upgrade your stats and special moves, like the Kamehameha. The combat is straightforward, relying on basic melee combos and firing off energy blasts, but it can get surprisingly difficult during boss fights that demand quick reflexes. The pacing is brisk, moving you through familiar locations and story beats without much downtime. It feels like a condensed, interactive version of the show's most chaotic arc.
