About Dragon Ball Z - The Legacy Of Goku Ii International (j)(caravan)
Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II International came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2003, developed by Webfoot Technologies. It was an updated version of the original Legacy of Goku II, released around the time the handheld was full of action RPGs based on popular anime. This version kept the same story but swapped in the characters' original Japanese names and gave everyone new profile pictures.
You control Goku and other Z-fighters, exploring the world screen by screen, fighting enemies in real time, and completing quests that follow the Cell Saga. The main goal is to power up your characters, gather items, and take on bosses. Signature mechanics include flying to navigate the overworld, unlocking new characters with their own special moves, and delving into multi-level dungeons. The pacing is brisk, though some boss fights demand careful timing and leveled-up stats. It feels like you are actively building strength and seeing the world expand as you progress through the story.
