Ever played a dating sim mixed with feng shui? Yeah, me neither—until I stumbled on this weird little Game Boy Color gem. You play as a high schooler trying to win over your crush, but instead of just picking the right dialogue options, you’ve got to rearrange your room and pick lucky charms based on feng shui principles. Mess up your furniture placement, and suddenly your love interest won’t even look at you.
The whole thing’s in Japanese, so unless you’re fluent, expect a lot of trial and error (or frantic Googling). But there’s something oddly charming about watching pixelated teens freak out because you put a plant in the wrong corner. It’s like Tokimeki Memorial got crossed with an interior design manual.
Not gonna lie, the mechanics are janky by modern standards, but if you’re into obscure dating sims or just love weird late-90s Japan-only oddities, this one’s a trip. Just don’t expect your real-life love life to improve from playing it.
