You control either Billy or Jimmy Lee, two brothers fighting through city streets and enemy hideouts to rescue Billy's girlfriend, Marian. The game progresses screen by screen; you clear each area of thugs before moving forward. Your main actions are punching, kicking, and grappling enemies. You can pick up weapons like knives, whips, and baseball bats from defeated foes. A few new moves were added, such as a cyclone spin kick and the ability to run, which changes how you approach groups. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty is noticeable, especially when dealing with multiple attackers at once. It feels responsive and direct, a straightforward brawler that demands your attention.
