I picked up Dora The Explorer: Super Spies for the Game Boy Advance back when it came out; it was one of those licensed games from the early 2000s, published by Global Star Software. You control Dora, and sometimes Boots helps out, as you move through levels screen by screen. The main goal is to reach Tico's workshop before Swiper does, which involves a lot of running, jumping over gaps, and climbing vines. You collect items like spy glasses and use tools such as a grappling hook to swing across larger spaces. The game is not particularly difficult; it's paced for younger players, with clear objectives and simple enemy patterns. Playing it feels like a straightforward, cheerful adventure where you always know what to do next.
