Dora the Explorer: Super Spies is one of those GBA games that’s way more fun than it has any right to be. You play as Dora and Boots sneaking through levels to stop Swiper from wrecking Tico’s workshop—basically a kid-friendly stealth game with some light puzzle-solving. The art’s bright and cartoony, and the controls are simple enough that even if you’re just mashing buttons, you’ll probably make it through.

What surprised me was how much personality it has. Dora still does her whole "backpack, backpack!" thing, and there’s this weirdly satisfying rhythm to avoiding Swiper’s goons by hiding behind crates or distracting them. Not gonna lie, I got stuck for way too long on one level because I kept missing a hidden path behind some bushes. Classic Dora making you actually look around.

If you’ve got nostalgia for the show or just want something lighthearted, it’s a solid little adventure. Just don’t expect Metal Gear-level stealth mechanics.
