Don-chan Puzzle - Hanabi De Don (j)(caravan) Game

Don-Chan Puzzle - Hanabi De Don is one of those weird little GBA puzzle games that somehow sticks with you. You control this taiko drum (yeah, the Don-Chan from Taiko no Tatsujin) and match falling fireworks to clear the board. It sounds simple, but the timing gets brutal fast—you’ve gotta hit the drum in rhythm while juggling combos.
The Japanese-only release means you’ll be squinting at kanji menus, but honestly, the gameplay’s so intuitive it doesn’t matter. The music’s pure Taiko energy, all upbeat drums and festival vibes. First time I played, I botched the first few drops because I kept getting distracted by the animations—those fireworks pop hard when you chain them right.
If you’ve got a soft spot for quirky rhythm-puzzle hybrids, this one’s a hidden gem. Just don’t blame me when you’re muttering “don-don-don” under your breath for hours after.
