About Disney's Lilo & Stitch (j)(caravan)
I picked up Disney's Lilo & Stitch on the Game Boy Advance back when it came out. It was developed by Digital Eclipse and published by Disney Interactive, fitting right in with the platform's library of movie tie-ins. This was a time when you could expect a portable version of just about any animated film.
You control Stitch through a series of side-scrolling levels. Your main goal is to find all the parts for a spaceship so he and Lilo can escape from Earth. The gameplay involves a lot of running, jumping, and using Stitch's extendable claws to climb walls and swing across gaps. You also collect jelly beans scattered throughout the stages. The levels are fairly linear, but the platforming can be tricky, demanding precise jumps. It feels like a straightforward action game that captures the character's chaotic energy.
