Digimon Racing came out in 2004 for the Game Boy Advance, developed and published by Bandai. It was part of a wave of kart racers on the system, a familiar genre that tried to stand out by using the established Digimon characters. You don't see many people talk about it now, but it was there, another option if you had finished Mario Kart.

You control a Digimon in a small kart, racing on tracks that loop through different digital worlds. The main goal is straightforward: finish first in a series of cups. The signature mechanics involve using items you pick up on the track to attack opponents or boost your own speed, and performing drifts around corners to build up a temporary speed burst. The pacing is fast, and the AI can be surprisingly aggressive, making it difficult to maintain a lead. It feels like a competent, if slightly chaotic, portable racer where a well-timed item can completely change your position.
