Denki Blocks! came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, developed by Denki. It was part of that early wave of GBA puzzle games, the kind you could pick up for short bursts between other things. The presentation was clean and simple, fitting right in with the portable screen.

You control a cursor to select and move colored blocks on a grid. The main goal is to connect all the blocks of the same color into a single group. The challenge comes from the fixed number of moves you have for each stage; you must plan your connections carefully. Later puzzles introduce special blocks that change colors or act as wildcards, forcing you to rethink your strategy. The difficulty ramps up steadily, making some of the later screens require real concentration. It feels satisfying to finally see a complex puzzle snap into place.
