Deadly Skies (e)(patience) Game

Deadly Skies (or AirForce Delta Storm, depending on which version you grab) is one of those GBA flight games that somehow makes dogfights feel intense on a tiny screen. You start off with a basic jet, and within minutes you're weaving through missile locks and trying not to crash into the ocean—which happens more than you'd think. The controls take a second to click, but once they do, it's weirdly satisfying to pull off tight turns between enemy fire.
It's a stripped-down port of the Xbox game, so don't expect all the bells and whistles, but they nailed the core feel of dodging and blasting. The missions throw you into everything from escort duty to all-out aerial brawls. Just don't expect a deep story—this is pure arcade action with a military paint job.
If you've got a soft spot for old-school flight games, this one's a solid time killer. Just maybe not on a bumpy bus ride unless you enjoy restarting missions.
