Danny Phantom - The Ultimate Enemy on GBA is basically a side-scrolling beat 'em up where you play as Danny in his ghost form, blasting enemies with ecto-blasts and flying through levels. It’s got that classic early 2000s cartoon vibe—bright colors, cheesy one-liners, and some surprisingly decent sprite work for a licensed game.
You start off in Amity Park, fighting off ghosts that escaped from the Ghost Zone, and the controls are simple enough—run, jump, shoot. The ghost powers feel fun at first, though the levels do get repetitive after a while. Still, if you were a fan of the show, there’s some nostalgia in seeing all the characters rendered in pixel form.
Not the deepest GBA game out there, but it’s a decent time-waster for fans of the series.
