Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure is basically a pocket-sized version of the classic PS1 platforming chaos, but for the GBA. You’re still running, spinning, and jumping over pits—except now it’s side-scrolling instead of 3D. The whole plot’s ridiculous (Crash has to stop the Earth from getting shrunk to the size of a marble, because of course he does), but it nails that same goofy energy.

First level drops you right into it: palm trees, crates to smash, and those annoying turtles that pop out of nowhere. Controls feel tight, though the tiny screen means some jumps are way more stressful than they should be. And yeah, you’ll still yell when you miss a crate by one stupid bounce.

If you’ve played the originals, it’s a fun little throwback—just don’t expect the same depth. Still, for a GBA game, it’s impressive how much of Crash’s charm they packed in.
