Choro Q Advance came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, published by Success. It was part of that early wave of GBA titles where developers were figuring out what worked on the small screen, and this one took the long running Choro Q series in a different direction. Instead of just racing, it tried its hand at an adventure format.

You control a tiny, cute car, navigating through a world built from interconnected screens. Your main goal is to explore these areas, talk to other vehicle characters, and solve environmental puzzles to progress. Signature mechanics include using your car's ability to hop over small obstacles and a grappling hook to cross gaps or pull items. The game moves at a relaxed pace, but some of the navigation puzzles can be tricky to figure out. Driving your little car through its compact world feels pleasantly straightforward and a bit quirky.
