Okay, so Chicken Little on GBA is way more fun than I expected. You’re basically this tiny, panicked chicken running around town trying to convince everyone the sky’s falling—except it actually is falling, in the form of alien spaceships and weird floating debris. The controls are simple (jump, peck, roll), but some of the later levels get surprisingly tricky with timing puzzles and enemy dodging.
What surprised me was how much personality they packed into the sprites. Chicken Little’s little waddle-run is weirdly charming, and his friends like Fish Out of Water and Runt have these goofy animations that make the levels feel alive. The music’s got that early 2000s upbeat cartoony vibe—kinda repetitive after a while, but it fits.
It’s not a deep game, but if you’re into light platformers or just miss that era of movie tie-ins, it’s a solid pick. Just don’t expect a masterpiece—it’s more like a snack-sized dose of nostalgia.
