Cardcaptor Sakura - Itsumo Sakura-chan To Issho (japan) (rev A) Game

Okay, so this is one of those Japan-only Game Boy Color gems—basically a cute little adventure where you play as Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura, running around collecting Clow Cards (because of course you are). The sprites are tiny and charming, and it’s got that classic GBC color palette—lots of pinks and purples, obviously.
Gameplay’s a mix of light puzzle-solving and random encounters where you actually have to pick the right card to counter whatever’s attacking you. Took me a few tries to figure out which card beats which, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty satisfying. Also, there’s a weirdly addictive mini-game where you help Sakura bake sweets? No idea why, but I’m not complaining.
Definitely a nostalgia trip if you’re into the anime, but even if you’re not, it’s a solid little time-waster with that late-’90s handheld charm.
