Bugs Bunny in Crazy Castle 4 is one of those classic Game Boy Color platformers that feels simple at first—until you realize how sneaky some of the levels get. You hop around as Bugs, dodging enemies and grabbing carrots (of course), but the real challenge comes from figuring out how to outsmart Elmer Fudd and the rest of the Looney Tunes crew blocking your path.
The controls are tight, and the cartoony sprites hold up surprisingly well. Some of the later stages really test your timing, especially when you’re trying to avoid falling into traps or getting bonked by Yosemite Sam. It’s not the deepest game, but it’s got that old-school charm where you keep saying “one more level” before realizing you’ve been playing for an hour.
If you’re into retro platformers with a bit of puzzle-solving, this one’s a solid pick. Just don’t blame me when you get stuck on that one level with the disappearing platforms.
