Remember those old-school platformers where you had to think fast and move faster? Bugs Bunny: Crazy Castle 3 on Game Boy Color nails that vibe—you’re dodging Yosemite Sam’s bullets one second and figuring out how to outsmart Daffy Duck the next. The castle’s full of trapdoors, hidden switches, and way too many carrots to collect (but you’ll grab them anyway).
What I like is that it’s not just mindless running—you actually have to pause sometimes, scope out the room, and plan your route. The music’s got that bouncy Looney Tunes energy, and the pixel art somehow makes Bugs’ smirk even more smug. It’s tougher than it looks, especially when Elmer Fudd shows up with his shotgun.
If you’ve got a soft spot for retro games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a solid time capsule.
