Buggy Run (europe) Game

Buggy Run is one of those weird little Sega Master System games that somehow sticks with you. You're basically racing a buggy through these blocky, colorful desert tracks, dodging rocks and trying not to flip over every five seconds. The controls take a minute to get used to—at first I kept spinning out on the tight turns—but once it clicks, there's something satisfying about nailing the perfect drift around a cactus.
It's not exactly a graphical powerhouse, even for the Master System, but the chunky pixel art has charm. I always liked how your buggy kicks up dust clouds when you slide, and the way the horizon just kinda... wobbles as you speed up. The music's this repetitive synth track that either gets annoying after 10 minutes or weirdly hypnotic, depending on how much nostalgia you've got for 8-bit sound chips.
Honestly, it's the kind of game you play in short bursts when you want something simple but just challenging enough to make you try "one more run." The later stages get brutal with the obstacles, though—I still haven't cleared the last track without crashing at least twice.
