About Bruce Lee : Return Of The Legend
Bruce Lee: Return of the Legend came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2003, published by Vivendi Universal Games. It was part of that wave of licensed action games that tried to capture a movie star's style on a handheld screen. You don't see many games based on Bruce Lee, so this one always stood out to me on the shelf.
You control Bruce Lee himself, moving through a series of side scrolling levels to defeat the evil sorcerer and his army of ninjas. The main goal is to fight your way to the end of each stage, using a mix of punches, kicks, and special moves. Signature mechanics include collecting scattered scrolls in each level and using a nunchaku as a secondary weapon. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can be sharp, especially when you're surrounded. It feels like a quick, energetic brawler that tests your reflexes.
