Blender Bros. came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by Hudson Soft. It was part of that wave of early GBA platformers that experimented with new ideas, sitting alongside more familiar franchises but carving out its own odd little space.

You control either a brother named Mello or Aroma, running and jumping through a series of themed worlds. Your main goal is to rescue your sibling after a mishap with a magical blender scatters them across the land. The core of the game is using a vacuum device to suck up enemies. You don't defeat them directly; instead, you collect them and then launch them as projectiles to hit switches or break blocks. The level design is screen by screen, requiring you to clear all enemies in one area before moving to the next. This creates a methodical pace, almost like solving a small puzzle in each room. It can get tricky when you're managing multiple enemy types and your limited ammo. The whole process feels like a strange, tactical cleanup job.
