About Bionicle
Bionicle on the Game Boy Advance came out in 2003, developed by Argonaut Games. It was one of many action games on the system, a straightforward adaptation of the toy line's lore. You play as the Toa, elemental heroes on the island of Mata Nui.
You control one Toa at a time, switching between them to use their unique elemental powers and tools. Your main goal is to find and assemble the Great Kanoka Disks to defeat the Bohrok swarm. The game is built on screen by screen exploration, combat with your weapons, and light puzzle solving in small dungeons. The pacing is methodical, and the difficulty can be unforgiving if you rush. It feels like a deliberate, sometimes clunky trek through a compact world.
