Batman Vengeance on GBA is one of those weird little 3D platformers that somehow works despite the hardware limitations. You’re basically jumping around Gotham’s rooftops, punching thugs, and occasionally switching to first-person mode for some clunky-but-charming detective work. The art style nails the animated series vibe—blocky but expressive, like someone squeezed the show into a tiny cartridge.
At first, the controls feel stiff (because, well, it’s early 3D on a GBA), but after a few minutes, you get into a rhythm of grappling and brawling. The story’s got that classic BTAS tone—Joker’s up to something, but nothing’s as simple as it seems. Don’t expect Arkham-level depth, but for a portable Batman fix in 2001? Not bad at all.
