About Banjo-kazooie : Grunty's Revenge
Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2003, developed by Rare. It was a nice surprise for fans who wanted more of the bear and bird duo on a handheld. This was during a time when the GBA library was full of platformers, and this one felt like a proper, if smaller, entry in the series.
You control Banjo, with Kazooie riding in his backpack, moving through interconnected worlds. Your main goal is to stop Gruntilda's latest scheme by collecting Jiggies and musical notes. The game uses an overhead perspective, and you explore screen by screen, solving environmental puzzles and learning new moves from Bottles the mole. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty is manageable, though some later challenges require precise timing. It feels like a condensed version of the console adventures, capturing that familiar loop of exploration and collection.
