Back To The Future Part Ii (europe) Game

So, this is one of those old-school licensed games based on Back to the Future Part II for the Sega Master System. You play as Marty, obviously, and Biff’s gone full tyrant after messing with the timeline—classic Biff move. The game’s a side-scroller where you’re mostly running around Hill Valley’s dystopian 1985, dodging goons and grabbing hoverboard power-ups (yes, the hoverboard’s here, and it’s as janky as you’d expect).
First thing you’ll notice? The controls are stiff, like most Master System platformers, and the hit detection is… questionable. But there’s something weirdly charming about the pixel-art Doc Brown and the fact that you can actually punch Biff’s henchmen in the face. It’s not the best movie tie-in out there, but if you’re a fan of the films, it’s a fun little nostalgia trip—just don’t expect it to hold up like the DeLorean.
