I picked up B-Densetsu! Battle B-Daman: Fire Spirits! for the Game Boy Advance back in 2004. It was a Hudson Soft release, one of those many anime-based games that filled the platform's library. This one was squarely in the B-Daman toy line universe, a familiar sight for anyone into that series at the time.

You control a character who runs through side-scrolling levels, aiming and launching marbles from your B-Daman to hit targets and enemies. The main goal is to clear stages by defeating all opponents or meeting specific conditions, often under a time limit. Key mechanics include charging your shot for more power, collecting different marble types with varied effects, and navigating platforming sections that require precise jumps. The game moves at a quick pace, and the later stages can get quite difficult, demanding good reflexes to line up shots while avoiding attacks.
