Assault City (europe) (light Phaser) Game

Assault City is one of those classic Sega Master System light gun games where you're basically just blasting everything that moves. It came out in 1990 and really shows off what the Light Phaser could do—way more satisfying than just tapping buttons. You're thrown right into the action, dodging enemy fire while trying to pick off targets before they overwhelm you.
The levels scroll automatically, so it's all about reflexes and accuracy. Some enemies take more hits than others, and there's this one boss that kept wrecking me until I figured out its pattern. The graphics are simple but clean for the time, and the sound effects make every shot feel punchy. Just don't expect deep storytelling—it's pure arcade-style shooting.
If you've got a CRT and the Light Phaser, it's a solid way to kill an afternoon. Otherwise, good luck with emulation and mouse controls.
