Argos No Juujiken (japan) Game

Argos no Juujiken is one of those weird, obscure Sega Master System games that feels like it got lost in translation—literally. It's a side-scrolling action RPG where you play as this armored knight (or maybe a warrior? Honestly, the manual's in Japanese, so I’m guessing) slashing through monsters in a vaguely medieval fantasy world.
The controls are stiff by today’s standards, but there’s something oddly satisfying about the clunky sword swings and the way enemies explode into little pixelated bursts. The music’s got that classic 8-bit charm too—repetitive but weirdly catchy after a while. If you’re into retro games with a side of "what even is happening," this one’s a neat little time capsule.
Fair warning, though: unless you read Japanese or enjoy trial-and-error gameplay, you might spend half your time accidentally eating healing items when you meant to attack.
