Antz Extreme Racing came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by Magic Pockets. It was part of that wave of early GBA titles that tried to capture the feel of console games in your hands, a straightforward racing game built around the cast of the Antz film.

You control one of several ant racers, steering them through twisting tracks made of grass, dirt, and other backyard terrain. The main goal is simple: finish first. The racing is split-screen, so you always see your opponent, and you can collect power-ups like speed boosts and weapons to knock them off course. The tracks are filled with shortcuts and hazards, like puddles and pebbles, that you have to navigate quickly. The pacing is fast, and the computer opponents put up a decent fight, making the races feel competitive. It feels like a quick, chaotic scramble from start to finish.
