All-Star Baseball 2003 on GBA is one of those solid little baseball sims you can take anywhere—and yeah, it’s got Derek Jeter grinning on the cover in full Yankees gear. The controls are simple enough (A to swing, B to bunt, shoulder buttons for base selection), but pitching actually takes some thought—you’ve got to time your meter right or end up serving meatballs. Roster’s a bit dated now, obviously, but back then, seeing Jeter, Giambi, and Posada in pixel form was kinda cool. Fielding’s a little janky at first, though you get used to the auto-shift after a few innings. Not the deepest baseball game, but it’s surprisingly playable for a handheld title from 2002.
